The aim of the thesis is a versatile system and studies the history of Ukrainian cinematography 1920-1930s as part of forming a totalitarian society. To achieve this goal the study's author traces the ways bias Cinema on 1920 - 1930's. The paper examines the role of the party in the formation of films, depending on the reasons might cinematography prewar period of Soviet rule, considered the ideological propaganda techniques that have been used in the Soviet film industry as an effective psychological impact on the minds of viewers.
