Yotka O. The Immunological monitoring of firmness of initial breeding material of fiber flax to fuzariosis in the conditions of North-Eastern Polissya of Ukraine

The object of the research - regularities of manifestation of resistance to Fusarium pathogen in breeding material and collection samples of flax, morphological characteristics of strains of the fungus Fusarium oxysporum f. lini and their degree of harmfulness. The aim - creation of the original fiber-flax breeding material resistant to Fusarium for use in further breeding. The methods of research are field, laboratory, microscopic, mathematical-statistical, immunological , hibrydolohical . Sources of resistance to Fusarium among samples of Ukrainian national collection of flax are detailed. The rapid method of evaluation of plant resistance to Fusarium in vitro is developed. Eleven lines of flax, disease resistant are created . Introduction - discoverd the genetic sources of resistance and samples of flax LKS -1 - LKS -11 are used in the hybridization of the Reserach station of the Institute of Agriculture of Northern East NAAS. Field of use - breeding research institutions.
