Object of research - the process of formation of creativity during the studying of philological specialties at higher schools; subject of research - pedagogical conditions that ensure the efficiency of formation of the future teacher's creativity based on communicative and creative approach in the process of studying of professional disciplines; the aim of research is to work out theoretical basis of formation of creativity of future teacher of philological specialties in the process of studying of professional disciplines and experimental proof of pedagogical conditions that ensure the efficient of formation of creativity; methods of research - theoretical - analysis of the scientific literature, elaboration of the key concepts of the study, development of the structure of the model of formation of future teacher' creativity; empirical - questioning, discussions, observation; pedagogical experiment for control of efficiency of pedagogical conditions in the process of realization of the model of formation of creativity; method of mathematic statistics - the aim is to process the results of experiment; scientific novelty of obtained results is: for the first time essential factors of creativity as the main characteristic of future teacher's professionalism were revealed; the model of formation of future teacher's creativity on the basis of communicative - creative approach was worked out; interpretation of concepts "creativity" and "communicative - creative approach" was improved; pedagogical conditions that have effective influence on formation of future teacher's creativity were worked out and experimentally checked; scientific - pedagogical positions and methodical aspects of training got further development.
