Object - professional training of prospective automobile and highway branch specialists in higher technical educational institutions; aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of forming of readiness to partnership interaction in professional activity in future automobile and highway branch specialists on the efficiency of the given process; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the dissertation is the first to provide theoretical substantiation and practical testing of conditions of forming readiness to partnership interaction in professional activity in future automobile and highway branch specialists; the essence of the term "partnership interaction" as a process of mutual influence of the subjects involved allowing for optimum balance of their ideas based on consideration of interests of every party and for resolving existing conflicts in their business relations has been specified; criteria and indices of prospective automobile and highway branch specialists' readiness to partnership interaction in professional activity have been determined; further investigation have received methods and forms of readiness forming to partnership interaction in professional activity in future automobile and highway branch specialists; results - theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of forming of readiness to partnership interaction in professional activity in future automobile and highway branch specialists can be widely implemented. Theoretical ideas and practical data of the research can be used in teaching different disciplines ("Fundamentals of Pedagogy and Psychology", "Transport Logistics", "Management Psychology", " Manager's Decision Making" etc.), in the process of professional development of engineer-pedagogical staff, for writing textbooks and teaching manuals, for writing course, master degree and diploma papers; field - pedagogy.
