Essay

In the dissertation the author provides a theoretical generalization and new solving of actual scientific problem of morphological patterns in remodeling of structures in experimental lesions of intestine by aluminum chloride. The growth of muscle thickness of the mucous membranes and submucosal base of empty and ileum intestine are revealed. Significant alternatives and destructive changes in the studied sections are found, the infiltrative processes are observed, the vascular disorders, indicating a significant injury of the small intestine, are expressed. The simulated lesion of organism by aluminum chloride was accompanied by increasing of lipid peroxidation processes, activation of antioxidant protection system and infringement of humoral immunity. It was stereoscopically analyzed the hemomicrocircular bed of small intestine at aluminum intoxication. The original technique of introduction of aluminum chloride to white rats was developed.
