Essay

This work is devoted to studing of peculiarities of structural reorganization of the blood vessels of the kidneys and testes of rats in dynamics of experimental portal hypertension simulation and after portal vein recanalization. During research found that the blood vessels of the kidneys and testes of rats respond to hemodynamic changes that occur in portal hypertension by structural and spatial restructuring, aimed at increased vascular resistance. Prolonged disorders of organ hemodynamics with reduction blood perfusion leading to tissue ischemia with subsequent development of these degenerative and sclerotic changes. Decompression of the portal vein during the first day was accompanied by increased vasoconstrictor responses of the kidney arteries as a manifestation of reperfusion syndrome. In the future, there is only a partial regeneration of the morphological status of renal vessels and renal parenchyma. Less sensitive to the hemodynamic changes is the circulatory system of testis, respectively it more effectively develop reversible changes that may be caused by a buffer property of long testicular artery.
