Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of morpho-functional features of the skeletal muscles’ structure and their peripheral nervous apparatus in a norm and during general dehydration. The basic types of reactive and destructive processes in the neuromuscular closue were set, their division into periods with the selection of separate phases and stages of motion of morpho-functional changes was conducted. The complex analysis of morpho-functional indexes during therm-working dehydration allowed to expose the separate stages of structural alteration of the neuromuscular closue: 1) an initially-compensative stage at which the structural track of adaptation is alteration and insignificant destructive change of the neuromuscular closue and electrolyte equilibrium, but at the expressed violation of conductivity of nervous fibеrs and excitability of muscular fibеrs; 2) stage of secondary hypotrophic reactions, which shows up the destructive changes of muscular fibеrs and their neuromuscular closue, on a background the sharp decline of amount of microelements in a skeletal muscle and electroneuromiography changes; 3) stage of exhaustion with violation of thin architectonics of the neuromuscular closue, with the sharp decline of K/Na correlation, conductivity of nervous fibеrs and excitability of muscular fibеrs.
