Kolesnyk A. The improvement of plan and profile construction for the purpose of efficiency increase of sorting process.

The purpose of dissertational work is efficiency increase of sorting process due to perfection of plan and profile construction of sorting humps. Object of researches is process of breaking-up of train on the sorting humps. A subject of researches is the construction of sorting hump. In dissertational work it was developed the method of determine the multitude of admissible slewing angles of additional curves of the sink part of a hump and also it was suggested the methods of optimization of parameters additional curves of the sink part and coupling curves of the sorting tracks which permits to reduce the length of hump neck. The optimization method of elements longitudinal profile gradient is worked out. The criterion of optimization is a minimum of hump height. The interactive simulation model of the sorting complex is improved which permits to choose the sequence of manufacturing operations which allow to receive the integrated performance evaluation of the sorting process on humps. Scientific results and improved methods of plan and longitudinal profile construction may be used while designing new humps or rearrangement existing ones for the purpose of improving the quality of the sorting process.
