Essay

The object of research is the training of future teachers; subject - pedagogical conditions of formation of future teacher's readiness to the subject-to-subject management of the pedagogical process; the purpose of the study is the theoretical basis and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions of formation of future teacher's readiness to the subject-to-subject management of the pedagogical process; research methods - to accomplish these objectives, the achievement of the purpose and hypothesis testing used a set of complementary research methods, including: theoretical, empirical (interview, interview, questionnaire, observation, experiment teaching), statistical data processing methods to identify quantitative and qualitative characteristics of effectiveness research and experiential learning. Scientific novelty of the research is that the first time theoretically proved the essence and structure of the future teacher's readiness to the subject-to-subject management of the pedagogical process in the unity of the four components (motivational-value, cognitive, operational-activity, reflective-assessment), justified pedagogical conditions of formation of the future teacher's readiness to the subject-to-subject management of the pedagogical process, defined the criteria (motivation, values, cognition, activity, creativity, reflection), which became the starting point for establishing the levels of the future teacher's readiness to the subject-to-subject management of the pedagogical process (low, medium, high and creative).
