Essay

The object of the research is the professional process of education of a future teacher of the primary school; the subject of the research is pedagogical conditions of pedagogical tact forming of a future teacher of the primary school during the professional education; the purpose of the research is in theoretical justification and experimental checking of pedagogical conditions of pedagogical tact forming of a future teacher of the primary school; methods of the research are: theoretical: studying and analysе of literature with a view to get to know the condition of the researching problem; systematization, comparison, generalization of scientific and theoretical findings for the justification of essence, content, structure, rates of pedagogical tact of future teachers of the primary school and the detection of pedagogical conditions of it's forming during the professional education; empirical:observation, interview, questionnaire, testing, separate colloquies for diagnostics of levels of the formed pedagogical tact of future teachers of theprimary school; pedagogical experiment is for checking the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of pedagogical tact forming of a teacher of the primary school; methods of mathematical statistics are for data interpretation with a view to determine significance and reliability of findings; scientific novelty of research findings is that: pedagogical conditions, that ensure the effectiveness of pedagogical tact forming of a future teacher of the primary school (a pedagogical tact is a special professional teacher'і skill, which is based on a sense of proportion, that is based on respect for the personality, advertency and trust to her; it is reflected in the teacher's skill to behave properly with the respect to other participants of pedagogical process, in technique and skill of interaction and communication) are theoretically justified and experimentally checked for the first time: the presence of the student's positive motivation to be a teacher of the primary school.
