In this dissertation work the actual problem of the formation of readiness of the future teacher of a foreign language to self-organization in professional work is theoretically grounded and practically solved The essence of the basic concepts of self-organization is found out, the definition "self-organization of the future teacher of a foreign language in professional work" is specified, functions and forms of display of this definition are defined, the structure and levels of readiness of future teacher of a foreign language to self-organization in professional work are identified. The expediency of the realization is grounded and verified the effectiveness of implementation of such pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of future teacher of foreign language to self-organization in professional work as directing students on the values of self-organization by means of foreign language, pedagogical support of professional self-organization in learning professional disciplines, additional contextual preparation to self-organization in a professional work within the author's model of this process, which covers the target, methodological, organizational and procedure, and effective components.
