Essay

With the use of massometric, general morphological, histochemical and lectinohistochemical methods were studied morphofunctional features of the skin of control and hypothyroid female rats offsprings during ontogenesis process and also was investigated the cytotopography of lectin receptors in the structural components of the human skin in age aspect. During the experimental hypothyroidism of the maternal organism in rat progeny is observed gain of weight, thickening of hypodermis, increase of mast cells from 1 until 20th day of postnatal development and redistribution of SNA, WGA, PNA lectin receptors in the structural components of the skin and its derivatives. It is proven the possibility of using GNA lectin as a marker of the rat skin tissue basophil cells. In age aspect it is observed the decrease of Con A receptors exposition in epidermal sudoryferocytes and keratocytes, PNA receptors in sebocytes with the simultaneous increase of SBA and HPA receptors expression in epidermal basal layer.
