Object of research: transformation process of the international labor market in the context of the requirements and effects of the global innovation development. The aim of the thesis is to develop the theoretical and methodological base of transformation of the international labor market in the current global economic conditions and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the regulation of international labor market in the context of the world of innovative change. Methods: theoretical synthesis, analysis and synthesis of abstract logical analysis, epistemological analysis, a systematic approach, methods and summarize groupings, economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical results: the theoretical and methodological foundations development and scientific and practical recommendations creation for the international labor market no alternative conditions of requirements global innovation facilitate. Bottom line: the theoretical and methodological, scientific and practical results form the basis for the development of the international labor market in conditions of intensification of global innovation. Scientific novelty: the first time: the hypothesis about the presence twofold interdependency between the production of innovations and opportunities using intellectual resources in the modern international economy, the mechanism of formation of the intellectual support innovative development of the world was created; improved: definitions , "the international market of innovative labor", "global professional", "to facilitate innovation development", a block diagram of a modern international regulation of the labor market in the context of innovation development; receive further development; theoretical baces of modern international segmentation of the labor market; the mathematical model of production innovation opportunities using intellectual resources.
