Essay

Dissertation work relates to experimental substantiation of additional criteria of inactivated vaccines chemical compounds harmless determination. Cytopathogenic and genotoxic influence was absent during influence of formaldehyde and formaldehyde with thimerosal of cells in concentrations identical to their concentrations in vaccines. Experimental model for substantiation of vaccines chemical compounds harmless additional criteria was build. It consists from model line of vaccines with different concentration of investigated chemicals, selection of target animal and universal blood indices that shows organism reaction on vaccination influence. Results of experimental study show correlation between of lymphocyto-pseudoeosinophil indices, malondialdehyde concentration, and antioxidation activity of blood plasma and different concentrations of formaldehyde and formaldehyde with thimerosal in composition of vaccines against rabbit's pasteurellosis disease. These indices encouraged to use as additional criteria harmlessness of vaccines during developing new means of immunological and during their pre-clinical trials.
