Sanina N. Stimulation of the respiratory muscles in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Object of study: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Research goal: to improve the quality of rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the reduction of systemic inflammation by exposure to magnetic stimulation of paravertebral areas Th2-Th10. Research methods: clinical and anamnestical, instrumental, biochemical and statistical-mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: put into practice the method of magnetic stimulation paravertebral zones Th2-Th10 for rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; assessed the role of lipoxin A4 in the formation and maintenance of systemic inflammation and progression of COPD. Novelty: was proven efficacy, safety and the expediency of applying the method of magnetic stimulation of paravertebral zones Th2-Th10 in the rehabilitation of patients with COPD in order to correct systemic inflammation.
