Maslova N. Modern socio-cultural processes in Kirovograd region: territorial aspects

In the dissertation examined the territorial aspects of modern socio-cultural processes (SCP) in the Kirovograd region. Grounded concepts of "socio-cultural situation", "socio-cultural process" and "territorial socio-cultural system". Developed a model of integral structure of territorial socio-cultural systems. Systematize factors of development of socio-cultural processes. Considered a regional specificity of the factors of development of socio-cultural processes in the Kirovograd region. Implemented a retrospective analysis of the evolution of socio-cultural border space of Kirovograd region. The influence of the level of socio-economic development and the levels of environmental comfort territory on the modern SCP in the region. Defined a peculiarities of modern transformations of the various components of the SCP in the region. Allocated three types of territories according to the degree of influence of socio-cultural transformation on formation of border region. Offered several directions of improvement of regulation of SCP in the region.
