Essay

The attempt of a comprehensive study of the socialization of cultural and ideological spheres of Ukrainian villages, reasons of national-cultural development in the country, based on comprehensive analysis of a wide range of archival materials, statistical data, scientific publications was done in the study, the features of the "Ukrainization" in the village were analyzed, the relations between the Soviet government and national minorities, cultural activities in rural national administrative-territorial districts were expanded, the dynamics of cultural development in the villages of Ukraine of the 20's - early 30's of the twentieth century was analyzed.
