Vasilova-Karvatska O. Prosecutorial supervision over the observance of laws on the protection of health

Тhe thesis deals with regulation supervision of the observance of laws on health. The paper analyzes the provisions of general and special laws of Ukraine, international law and regulations of certain foreign countries. The research identified concepts, functionality, beyond the legal framework, forms and methods of supervision of the observance of the laws of health; isolated and analyzed some of the powers of the prosecutor to oversee compliance with the laws of health, namely: direct detection of offenses, with supervision over the observance of laws on preventing illegal acts of supervision over the observance of laws on liability for wrongful acts and other offenses, the current state and trends of the main supervision of the observance of laws on health care in Ukraine, described the content and Structure of the prosecutor's supervision over the observance of the laws of health; distinguish the problem of increasing the efficiency of supervision in that direction.
