Essay

The object of the research is the organization of methodological work at high school; the purpose of the research is the study and experimental verification of educational environment conducive to effective professional development of teachers in the Lyceum system methodical work built on creative approach; the purpose of the study is to work out- the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of professional teachers in the Lyceum system of methodical work, based on creative approach; the research methods - an integrated approach to the study of dissertation research led to the use of a set of methods: theory - the study of the literature on pedagogy, philosophy, psychology, theory and teaching methods, theoretical analysis and synthesis at all stages of research, modeling results used to study the nature, content and structure based on methodological work creatively to their organization and to identify pedagogical conditions, increase the professionalism of teachers in the system of methodical work; empirical part- observation, introspection, self-evaluation , testing , interviews, questionnaires to identify the impact of the experimental work; the method of teaching-the experiment, which provided an opportunity to explore the real state of professional educators to implement an experimental verification of the model based on the methodological work creatively to their organization as the means of improving teachers' professionalism, testing and verifying the effectiveness of implementation of the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the methodological basis and creative approach to its organization in raising the level of professionalism of the teachers of the Lyceum; mathematics - methods of statistical analysis of scientific data analysis and interpretation of research results as well as refinement of the findings; the scientific novelty of the study is the following: firstly, there was defined a set of pedagogical conditions of methodological work on the principles of person-centered and creative approach that ensures a high level of teachers' professionalism; the essence of creativity as an important pedagogical characteristics of professionalism; the meaning of" pedagogical professionalism", "creativity", "creative approach" was clarified; the theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested model of professionalism of teachers in the system of methodical work was specified as based on the creative approach. The reasonably specified content, structural components, criterion and level characteristics of creativity as an important indicator of professionalism of the Lyceum teachers Lyceum improved the process of raising the level of professionalism if their methodical work and its creative tendency.
