Polyovyi O. Guarantees of judicial independence in bringing judges to legal liability.

The thesis investigates the concept and content of the guarantees of independence of judges in making them legal responsibility, identifying the main problems of law and the development of recommendations to improve the mechanism of regulation of the legal liability of judges in order to ensure their independence. This paper highlights the concept and system safeguards of judicial independence, examines the institute of legal liability of judges in the system of guarantees of judicial independence, examines the historical development of the institution of legal liability of judges in Ukraine, reveals the concept and reasons for disciplinary responsibility of judges, wich is determined by the system guarantees the independence of judges in disciplinary, civil, administrative and criminal proceedings against them. Formulated theoretical conclusions and concrete proposals to improve legislation that defines the guarantees of judicial independence by bringing them to legal liability.
