Essay

Theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific task have been described according to peculiarities of structure and blood supply of rat's liver in norm and in dynamics in the course of experimental diabetes mellitus have been carried out in investigation.As a result, a set of morphological(macro- and microscopic, morphometric and ultrastructural), biochemical and statistical methods of investigation has been used in our investigation. Structural reorganization of the liver in rats at different stages of progress of experimental streptozotocin induced diabetes mellitushas been carried out for the first time.
