Dissertation is devoted to research of collaboration of UKRAINE and RSFSR in realization of policy of ukrainizacii on Kuban (1923-1933). Based on analysis and bringing in of new sources, drawings on accomplishments of historiography problems around the policy of ukrainization are analysed. It stimulated the variety of national-cultural activities of Ukrainians in Kuban, which answered their national aspirations despite the substantial contradictions between authorities and local population.
