Object - the lexical system of legal vocabulary: the semantic field, lexical-semantic group, associative field, synonyms series, antonymic pair, etc.; goal - analysis of the structure formation of lexical-semantic field of legal vocabulary in court speeches, comparing specifics microsystems formed by various fragments thereof, as well as the review of relations between antonyms and lexical-semantic substitution that take place in synonymy and in hypo-giperonimic relations; methods - linguistic description, component analysis of lexical meanings contextually semantic analysis method of observation and diachronic comparative analysis method; newness - there are no works of paradigmatic description of legal vocabulary of judicial speeches; for the first time this discharge vocabulary is considered in terms of field organization, substitution capabilities and features of opposites and contrasts relations, defined the concept of "legal vocabulary"; determined the specificity of field organization of legal vocabulary, highlighted the relevant micro- and macrofields, lexical-semantic groups, etc.; analyzed possibilities of synonymous and hypo- giperonimic legal vocabulary investigated the relationship between opposites and contrasts in legal vocabulary of judicial speeches; fragmentary investigated specifics of system relationships in legal vocabulary of judicial speeches, that manifests itself in diachrony (pre-revolutionary Russia, the Soviet and post-Soviet periods);research material was presented of 400 lexical units (words and phrases), selected by continuous sampling of the Russian judicial speeches, that were announced by well-known lawyers and prosecutors in different historical periods (pre-revolutionary, the Soviet and post-Soviet periods);results - the actual material, he main findings and conclusions of the thesis can be used in the lexicographical and legal practice as well as in the educational process - in teaching courses and special courses on the Russian language for foreign lawyers.
