Essay

The object of the research work is the process of training of future communications specialists; the subject of the research are the educational conditions of formation of informational culture in future communications specialists; the purpose of this research lays in theoretical grounding and experimental testing of use efficiency of pedagogical conditions needed for formation of informational culture in future communications specialists; to achieve the goal, to implement the tasks and to check the hypothesis the following research methods were used: theoretical: the analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature to clarify the essence of the notion of "informational culture", to elucidate the structure, criteria and indicators of informational culture formation in future communications specialists; systematization and generalization of theoretical issues of the problem of formation of informational culture in future communications specialists; theoretical modeling of educational training process of future communications specialists what allowed to allocate and ground the pedagogical conditions of formation of informational culture in future communications specialists; empirical: observation and study of the pedagogical experience for finding difficulties in formation of informational culture in future communications specialists in the process of professional training; diagnostic procedures - questioning, oral and written surveys, testing for detecting the state of informational culture in the future communications specialists; pedagogical experiment to test the efficiency of educational conditions of formations of informational culture in the future communications specialists in the process of professional training; statistic: processing of the data to prove the validity of the results of pedagogical experiment; scientific novelty of the study is that for the first time the essence of concept of "informational culture in communications specialists" is clarified and given as the systematized complex of knowledge and skills, which provides an optimal implementation of individual informational activity directed on satisfaction of professional and non-professional needs in information; educational conditions that provide effective formation of informational culture in future communications specialists are grounded, they are: the use of interactive media in the process of training, implementation and use of modern innovative study technologies, individual approach during training; the criteria of informational culture in future communications specialists are offered: activity, motivational and professional; indicators of qualitative signification of informational culture in future communications specialists are explained: availability of technical knowledge and skills that allow to work at the automated workplace, interest in academic discipline, dedication, inclination, interest in novelty, self-improvement, self-reliance, leadership abilities, perseverance, hard working while applying modern computer technologies in the professional activity.
