The object of research - individualization of professional training of future primary school teachers according to the requirements of credit аnd transfer system of education; the subject of research - organizational and pedagogical conditions of individualization of professional training of future primary school teachers according to the requirements of the credit and transfer system of education; the purpose of research is to study and verify experimentally organizational and pedagogical conditions of individualization ofprofessionaltraining of futureprimaryschoolteachers according to the requirements of the credit and transfer system of education; methods - a range of methods were used in order to solve the tasks, achieve goals, verify the hypothesis: theoretical - analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization to clarify the theoretical foundations of the problem of individualization of professional training of future primary school teachers according to the requirements of the credit and transfer system, historical and logical analysis, which made it possible to highlight the main stages of formation and development of learning individualization, content analysis to study the research definitions on basic concepts, modeling to create a model of individualization of professional training of future primary school teachers; empirical - a survey, questionnaire of students and university teachers to identify understanding of the sense and opportunities of individualization technology, monitoring the actions of teachers and students in the educational process to determine the level of individualization, modeling - to test the effectiveness of the experimental model of individualization of professional training of future primaryschool teachers. The use of complex of experimental methods (ascertainingand forming stages) made it possible to identify and review the effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical conditions and models of training; methods of processing of research outcomes: qualitative and quantitative analysis, methods of mathematical statistics for comparingthe results of ascertaining and forming stages of the study; scientific novelty of the studyisthat: complex organizational and pedagogical conditions of individualization of professional training of future primary school teachers according to the requirements of the credit and transfer system of education are first revealed: introduction of individual curriculum and individual training scheduleas a path of personal and professional development of future primary school teachers, system of individual classes and individual tasks.
