Sergey S. The usage of health aerobics classes in professionally-applied preparation of female students in pedagogical higher educational establishments

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of professional preparation of the future specialists in physical education in the pedagogical higher educational establishments. The model of the specialist in physical education, proficient in organization and conducting the classes in health-improving aerobics is developed on the basis of the analysis of the scientific-methodological literature; the level of physical preparation and morfo-functional indexes of students were defined. Theoretically the author's program for tutorial of professionally-applied preparation of specialists in higher pedagogical establishments, which was implemented in three successive stages (by adaptation, basic and creative). The contents of experimental program include methods, facilities, ways of realization and criteria of effectiveness. The effectiveness of the offered program is confirmed by the statistically reliable changes of the investigated indexes at the end of the forming experiment. Taking into account the information of the conducted experiment, the methodical recommendations are developed as for implementation of the developed program "Sport pedagogical improvement (health aerobics)" into practice of physical education.
