Gordiychuk V. Optimization of the physical condition of rural schoolchildren in optional classes physical training process.

Object - physical education of rural schoolchildren; aim - scientifically ground, develop and experimentally verify effectiveness of the methodology of optional classes on physical training for improvement of physical state of rural scoolchildren; methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature; sociological methods; pedagogical methods; medical and biological methods; methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: complex assessment of various components of physical state of rural schoolchildren versus urban; external and internal factors structure identification, determining the involvement of rural adolescents to physical exercises execution; results: methods of optional classes on physical education is developed and experimentally verified, aiming to enhance the physical state of rural adolescents, providing the development of aerobic capacities of scoolchildren, increased development of lagging motor skills and their positive motivation to physical exercises; methodology is used in organization of optional classes on physical education in schools, in educational process of Volyn Institute of Postgraduate Education, TMPE department of Lutsk Institute of Human Development of University "Ukraine", Taras Shevchenko Kremenets Regional Humanitarian and Pedagogical Institute, Lesya Ukrainka East European National University; branch - physical education and sport.
