Essay

The thesis is devoted to a theoretical study and an experimental proof of pedagogical conditions complex and professionally-oriented technology of forming the future technology teacher' readiness for a professional self-development. The substance and the concept of the future technology teacher' readiness for a professional self-development were determined. The main structure components of readiness for a professional self-development (organizational, motivational, operational, substantial, moral and conative) were characterized. The main features and components, essential methods, stages and realization mechanisms of forming the future technology teacher' readiness for a professional self-development were distinguished. The theoretical model of such process was designed in the work. The criteria, indicators and levels (low, medium, high) of forming the future technology teacher' readiness for a professional self-development were defined. The complex of pedagogical conditions (a planned process of a future teacher's self-development; using the active teaching methods; involving students to a self-study work) was grounded.
