The dissertation is devoted to the problem of future office work organizers' formation to self-education activity in higher educational establishments of І-ІІ accreditation levels. Analysis of base concepts of philosophy, psychology-pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature are performed in the scientific research; the current situation of professional preparation of future formation self-education activity in future office work organizers in higher educational establishments of І-ІІ accreditation levels is analyzed The peculiarities of future office work organizers professional formation are determined. Conditions they depend on are learnt and investigated. The pedagogical model of future office work organizers readiness to self-education activity is created. Criteria, indexes and levels of readiness of future office work organizers, self-education activity are developed. The results of experiments are systematized, the facts, numbers, ideas are put into a particular order and mathematical analysis are given. Methodological recommendations about self-educational future office work organizers activity are presented. The main results of the scientific research are implemented in educational process of higher educational establishments of І-ІІ accreditation levels.
