Object: the process of teacher training in terms of credit-modular educational system; aim: theoretically ground and empirically verify the pedagogical conditions, which ensure efficient formation of future teachers’ psychological competence in terms of credit-modular educational system; methods: analysis and generalization of research literature, observation, questionnaire survey, expert evaluation, testing, modeling, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: the pedagogical conditions of future teachers’ psychological competence forming in terms of credit-modular educational system are theoretically grounded, their content is developed; results: the course “Psychological competence of contemporary teacher”, a system of creative training assignments, a complex of diverse elective tasks for independent work and teaching practice are developed; field – Theory and Methodology of Professional Education
