Tolstopiatova O. Formation of Administrative and Communicative Qualities of Future Teachers of Natural Sciences in the Teaching and Educational Process of a Classical University.

Object: process of professional pedagogical education of future teachers of natural sciences; aim: to substantiate theoretically and check experimentally the technology of administrative and communicative qualities formation of future teachers of natural sciences; methods: analysis, content-analysis, generalization, observation, systematization, conversation, testing, expert judgments, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: the technology of formation of administrative and communicative qualities of future teachers of natural sciences in the teaching and educational process of a classical university was worked out; results: the program and the methodical teaching aid for the special course „Bases of pedagogical communication and management ” , variations of tasks, projects topics, a bank of educational situations for developing administrative and communicative qualities, methods guides for teachers of the university and diagnostic instruments to measure levels of the formed administrative and communicative qualities of the students of the faculty of natural sciences in a classical university are worked out; field – theory and methodology of professional education.
