Object of research - the process of teacher training of In-Service teacher education; subject of the research - organizational and pedagogical conditions of development of ICT competencies of teachers of mathematics in the basic school system of In-Service teacher education; the purpose of the research is a theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of organizational and pedagogical conditions which promote efficient development of ICT competence of teachers of mathematics in the basic school system of In-Service teacher education; methods: theoretical, empirical, statistical; scientific novelty of the research is for the first time the essence of the concept of " ICT competence of teachers of mathematics in the basic school system"; was specified the system of organizational and pedagogical conditions such as positive motivation, research objectives, innovation activity and individual support which guarantee effective development of ICT competence of basic school mathematic's teacher was clarified and tested; the criteria, indicators and levels of ICT competences of teachers of mathematics in the basic school were; determined the development of ICT competence of teachers of mathematics in the basic school by introducing a system that contains the target, and the resulting semantic components; scientific understanding of the nature and content of the process of ICT competence of teachers of mathematics in the basic school was improved a further development; the measures of increasing of ICT competence of basic school mathematic's teacher in the training were outlined.
