Zharkova S. Pharmacoeconomic study of the drug supply principles of the patients with gastric cancer and rectal cancer in the conditions of the health insurance

For the first time evidence-based pharmacoeconomic principles of effective medicinal providing patients with gastric cancer and rectal cancer for the reformation of the national health system and pharmacy towards the implementation of health insurance have been grounded. As a result of the complex (organizational, economic, marketing, pharmacoeconomic) researches the recommendations on the formation of socioeconomic anticancer drugs lists (primary and secondary insurance lists). For the first time according to the stage of malignant tumor predicted amount of cost anticancer drug reimbursement included in the list of basic insurance and chemotherapy regimens used in the stomach and the rectal cancer chemes, according to various regions of the country. Taken together, the results obtained represent methodological substance to improve the level of drug provision for patients with gastric and rectal cancer by anticancer drugs in the conditions of implementation of health insurance in Ukraine.
