Matyashova N. Scientific and practical approaches to pharmacoepidemiologic and pharmacoeconomic evaluation of antibacterial medicines’ consumption in the out-patient and in-patient treatment.

For the first time conducted pharmacoepidemiological study of the structure of outpatient consumption of the main groups of antibacterial drugs (penicillins, cephalosporins, carbapenems, fluoroquinolones) in DDDs/1000 inhabitants/day at the country level and in particular health care facility of surgical profile. Methods of complex ABC / VEN / frequency analysis identified indicators of consumption of antibacterial drugs in a particular health care facility that shows the degree of rationality real antibiotic therapy with clinical and economic perspectives. Has been conducted pharmacoeconomic analysis of standard treatment of acute peritonitis. Collectively, the results represent the scientific and methodological basis for the practical use of the recommended WHO ATC / DDD - methodology in the study of consumption of antibacterial agents.74527452
