Koniukhov I. Development of composition and technology of multi– component solid dosage form of hepatoprotective action of the plant raw origin.

The thesis is devoted to the development of the drug for the treatment of pathogenic diseases and correction of functional disorders of the liver.. The extraction process of this mixture which based on the compression– decompression and percolation have been reseached. Microbiological cleanness and antimicrobial activity of cryopowders and input material have been researched. It is established that use of cryomilling lead to microbiological contamination decrease. The composition of tablets with criopowder and silimarine has been developed. Developed the tablets codenamed "Gepakrifit" with cryopowders vegetable raw materials and silymarin, obtained by wet granulation. Methods of identification and quantification of active substances with their joint presence have been proposed. Stability of preparation in the process of storage has been proved. Methods of tablets standardization have been developed. Proven stability during storage, hepatoprotective activity and harmlessness tablets codenamed "Gepakrifit".
