Essay

For the first time were substantiated scientific and methodological approaches to improve the efficiency of pharmaceutical care to patients with influenza in terms of introduction of medical insurance (MS) in Ukraine. Using the results of comprehensive studies (organizational, economic, marketing, medical and social, pharmacoeconomic), were made recommendations to the formation of insurance lists (IL) and antiviral drugs antibacterial action. Proposed and tested method of forecasting compensation (reimbursement) of the cost of antivirals main IL. Combined obtained results represent methodological basis for the practical improvement of pharmaceutical organizations providing patients with influenza antiviral drugs in case of implementing medical insurance in Ukraine.
