Silantyeva E. Organizational Problems of the Principle of Specialization of Courts.

Dissertation is devoted to scientific research of the nature and content of the principle of judicial specialization, distinguishing its components and forms of implementation, the perspectives of adoption of new norms, regulating the implementation of this principle in the judicial system of Ukraine. The principle of specialization is the basis of the organization and functioning of the courts. It means the division of labor between agencies and officials of the judicial system, aimed to improve the competence and efficiency of the administration of justice. It has been proved that judicial specialization is an important component of the standard of access to justice. The considerable attention is given to the criteria of judicial jurisdiction differentiation on the criterion of specialization and ways to overcome jurisdictional conflicts in the judicial system of Ukraine. The organizational and legal bases of formation and development of the juvenile justice system in Ukraine is presented.
