Nud'ga N. Features of asthma in weight excess patients

Object of study: asthma, combined with increased body weight. Objective:to determine the clinical and functional features of asthma in patients with higher body weight. Methods: clinical and anamnestic, instrumental, statistically-mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: data of study demonstrate the necessity of taking into account the increase in body weight of patients with asthma in assessing the degree of asthma-control and the appointment of therapeutic activities using various groups bronchiolitis from the increase in body weight and higher doses of inhaled corticosteroids in patients with obesity. Novelty: it is proved negative influence of increased weight on the asthma and the degree of asthma-control, bronchodilatory response and the need of patients with asthma and obesity in higher doses of inhaled corticosteroid.
