Gots V. Integrated information environment development projects

The thesis is devoted to theoretical generalization and new solving of scientific problem of specialized methods and models development to manage the information environment of development projects. The analysis of the scientific and methodological concepts, methods, models and tools of information management in projects was performed. A conceptual space research was created. The new representation of processes of information environment in development projects was proposed. It bases on the spiral model of growth and contraction variations of this environment. Options for managing information on phases of the life cycle of development projects were investigated. The driving forces and the resistance forces of the information environment were highlighted. A mathematical model of management information environment of development projects, which is the basis for the development of a new method of managing this environment, was provided. It based on the integration of logic models with predicate calculus of the I-th order models of cost/benefit. The method of management of information environment in development projects is based on this model. The structures, processes, rules, techniques and algorithms for managing information environment development projects were successfully implemented in real estate companies in Ukraine.
