Dissertation is focused on systematization and reconstruction of justice theories in correlation with the global dimension of the problem of justice. The author proves that a global justice is impossible without the formal-pragmatic reconstruction of practical discourses of globalization. Communicative practical philosophy resolves the controversy of universalism and particularism, which prevents us from finding right solutions in the search for morally-normative grounds of global justice.
