Burega Y. The structural features of rat's periodontium during postnatal period after intrauterine antigen action (anatomical and experimental research)

Using the complex researches through morphometric, histological, histochemical, lectinhistochemical methods leaded the study of structure's regularity of periodontium and gingiva's associated lymphoid tissue during postnatal period in norm and after intrauterine antigen action. At first was determined the dynamic's features of the gingiva's epithelial height, the structure's formation of periodontal ligament and tooth's root in early postnatal period in norm and after intrauterine antigen action. At first was detected the distribution of polysaccharides and glycoconjugates in norm and experiment. At first described the dynamic's distribution of extracellular matrix, gingiva's epithelial cells and periodontal structures and the same determined dynamic of fibroblast's and fibrocyt's number, proved the relation between formation periodontium's structural components and presence of lymphocytes into this structures. Established the disproportional phenomena during formation the lower jaw occur against the background of biosynthetic imbalance.
