Essay

The study of patterns of constitution and reactivity of the spleen, in the postnatal period naturally and after antigenic action, was carried out by multicentre researches using anatomical, histological, morphometric, histochemical and statistical methods. For the first time we found that regardless of the type of deadborn fetuses, infants and rats to 90 days, the absolute weight of their spleen increases after antenatal antigenic action. Also we found the peculiarities of the constitution of the spleen connective-tissue structures after antigenic action. For the first time we defined the division of polysaccharides and glycoconjugates in splenic trabeculae in the experiment. Firstly we described the dynamics of the division of а-SMA trabeculae in the spleen and set the quantity dynamics of the fibroblasts, fibrocytes, myocytes, myofibroblasts, lymphocytes in the spleen constitution. We established that, regardless of the way of antigen intake, the density of receptors for peanut and soybean lectin in the spleen constitution is higher in experimental animals as compared with intact animals and control groups of all terms of examination to 90 days; simultaneously the content of receptors for wheat germ lectin decreased.
