Dissertation research is devoted to the exploration of problem of emotional intellect and his influence on the indexes of efficiency of administrative professional law-enforcement activity on the example of leaders of organs of internal affairs of Ukraine. Essence and structure of emotional intellect are found out; state of research of problem of his psychological diagnostics and influence on efficiency of professional activity revealed as well. There are developed the psychological indexes which do possible prognostication of success of professional activity of leaders of organs of internal affairs.
