The paper presents the results of the study of self-concept of women in law enforcement agencies at different stages of professiogenesis.Getting empirical results show the originality of the self-concept of women in law enforcement agencies at different stages of professionalization, the peculiarity of self-image as an important factor in professional activities, the self-attitude and self-appraisal, personal characteristics, content characteristics of professional identity and the intensity of its particular type. The paper presents practical recommendations directed at the optimization and psychological support for the self-concept of personality of women in law enforcement agencies at different stages of professionalization.
