The complex analysis of qualified workers training in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the 1920s-1940s is held in the thesis on the basis of archives study. The author's periodization of qualified workers training in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the early 20th century is grounded on the basis of socio-economic events that took place in the Crimea. Among them: (1920-1922) - formation and development of qualified workers training system; (1922-1929) broadening the education institutions network which train qualified workers; (1929-1940) development of new curricula with intensive practical preparation, the presence of broadened network of education institutions.
