In dissertation theoretical positions and methodical baselines of the project portfolio management are deep and developed. An object is a process of preparation of managerial decisions at the project portfolio forming. A subject is a process of evaluation of the project portfolio components on the basis of the non-force interaction theory in fuzzy raising. The goal is theoretical ground of method of the project portfolio components evaluation basing on introformation model. Main scientific result is in setting essence, objective basis, ground of rules and most rational parameters of the offered method.
