The thesis is devoted to complex investigation for administrative responsibility in the pharmaceutical sector of Ukraine.It is proved that the solution to this issue in the development and adoption of the Pharmaceutical Code, which includes a special section responsibility offense in the pharmaceutical sector, which will specify the composition of offenses and their agents, to increase the effectiveness of administrative coercive measures and the effectiveness of measures against violations of pharmaceutical laws.
