Essay

The results of scientific sources theoretical analysis have been presented. Based on them the essence of the personality's psychological readiness for activity, professional career, as well as the main approaches to their learning in the domestic and foreign psychology has been revealed. Using the provisions of organizational and psychological approach the author concludes that personality's professional career should be understood as the successful completion of the basic stages of professional activity in the organization. This promotes the achievement of high parameters in professional and social spheres of personality's life, his self-realization, and ensures the efficient operation of the organization. The structural and functional model of future psychologists' psychological readiness for professional career implementation has been grounded. The state of the main components of future psychologists' psychological readiness formation to professional career implementation during their training at the University has been analyzed. Their insufficient development that affects the psychological readiness of future psychologists to professional career implementation has been ascertained. The desired development shapes of these components have been revealed in the process of professional training. It aims at the providing psychological readiness for professional career implementation. A programme for future psychologists' psychological readiness development for professional career implementation has been drafted. Its content, structure, program's interactive technologies have been revealed. The results of experimental verification of its effectiveness have been presented.
