The dissertation is devoted to studying of socio-psychological factors of economic self-determination of student's youth. The investigation includes both theoretical and methodological foundations and the practical of the results of the problem of interest.Inresearchgeneralscientific, philosophical, sociologicalandpsychologicalapproachestounderstandingofessenceof self-determinationofthepersonalityareallocated. Theanalysisofsocio-psychological factorswhichinfluenceoneconomic self-determinationofstudent'syouthiscarriedout. The structural-functional model of socio-psychological factors of economic self-determination of student's youth is created and proved. The contents is proved and the structure of economic self-determination of student's youth which consists of cognitive, affective and konative components is considered.Significant semantic characteristics of structural components of economic self-determination are revealed. Factors which determine the content of economic self-determination with a certain configuration of structural components are defined. Types of students on semantic indicators of structural components of economic self-determination are allocated.Influence of socio-demographic, professio-organizational and individual-psychological factors on a level of development of semantic characteristics of structural components of economic self-determination of student's youth is established.The program economical and psychological active training on development of economic self-determination of student's youth is developed.
