Object of the study - the disharmony of the personality.Subject of the study - the nurses' psychological features of disharmony emotional sphere during their professional development.Research Methods . For solving given tasks are used a set of theoretical and experimental methods: theoretical: a systematic and structural analysis, synthesis, comparison, classification and systematization of modern scientific and empirical studies which were used for summarizing of the theoretical - methodological foundations of personality development in the socialization process and the definition of the conceptual foundations for studing personal development problem of the mid-level health workers in regular and special professional conditions;Empirical: which were used for studing of the main trends and problems of the personal development medcine workers, in particular: a) the definition attitude medicine workers to professional and personal development: the methods of career orientations studings "Career' anchors" by Shane E.; (adaptation by Chyker V.A. and Vinokurov V.E.), Freiburg's Personality Questionnaire (FRI, Form B) test personality life important orientations test (LIO), adapted by D.O. Leontiev, Russian-language version of the test, by L. J. Crumb and L. Maholik "The purpose of the life"; b) the main definition of the medicine workers interaction with the environment: Manual "Social adaption test questionnaire" (O.P. Sannikov, O.V. Kuznetsova);c) personal self-regulation definition: a questionnaire of subjective control (E.F. Bazhin, E.A. Holynkin, A.M. Etkind);d) studing problems of thef personal development: methods of diagnosis of the emotional burnout by V.V. Boyko; statistics: analysis of the descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and the single and multifactor variance analysis, principal component analysis, kovariation analysis, regression analysis, analysis of the internal harmonization. Appropriate mathematical calculations were carried out using standard statistical software package IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 and IBM SPSS Amos 20.0. Scientific novelty are:firstly :- It was found the emotional disharmony depends on the years and the conditions of the professional activity;- It was proved the presence of the main psychological differences between medical staff which are working in regular and special conditions, at on the early adaptation stage in profession; - It was found using increasing years of service of the health workers are observed processes as progressive and regressive development of the personality in the profession;- It was proved the protective influence of the personal inner world according the professional deformation process which are connected with the emotion disharmony.- It was proved the conditions of the professional burnout symptoms are caused by emotional dysharmony; in particular of working conditions thi determination are not found;- It was built the construction of the emotion dysharmony by the method of the principal components;-It was developed the base of the new questionnaire "The disharmony emotional Scale", which is characterized by the high level of the internal consistency and shows a high realand cotstructive validity.It was deepened and clarified:- presentation of the personal disharmony as subjective distress feeling in the main living spheres, including professional;- The specific psychological formation, and namely the emotion disharmony among the workers of the medical establishments.The practical significance of the dissertation research is that using the empirically method was grounded the adequacy set of the diagnostic tools; its results can be used in the works of the medical psychologist for forming of the main developing correction programms to work with nurses who has experience professional adaptation difficulties. The conclusions are used to develop lectures on the problems of industrial psychology. Scope institutions of higher education, psychological services.
